Human Resource Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR policies, driving employee engagement, ensuring statutory compliance, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR systems to support a growing and dynamic workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, interviews, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, POSH, etc.), and company policies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Lead training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business needs.
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on day-to-day operations.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 10- 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
